Eighteenth Annual Conference on Indian Economic Policy: Technology and Productivity

On May 14 and 15, the Stanford Center on Global Poverty and Development hosted the 18th annual conference on Indian economic policy. The conference brought together policy makers, academics, business experts and community members to discuss critical issues facing the Indian economy. This year’s conference focused on technology and productivity. As with earlier conferences, the program featured a mix of academic papers and panel sessions combining business leaders and senior policy makers.
This year’s conference was co-sponsored by the Stanford Precourt Institute for Energy and the Stanford Institute for Innovation in Developing Economies (Seed).
