Lingsheng Meng is an associate professor in Economics, the School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University. He received his bachelor's degree in Thai & Economics from Peking University in 2002, a master's degree in Economics from Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2004 and a Ph.D. in Economics from University of Maryland in 2010. He was a research assistant for the department of economics at Chinese University of Hong Kong between 2004 and 2005.
His research interests include labor economics; public economics; development economics. His research papers have been published in Journal of Development Economics, Journal of Human Resources, Journal of Public Economics, etc.
