Lloyd Lyall is a Stanford junior majoring in international relations, with minors in economics and political data science. His research interests center on the use of quantitative approaches to study development, human rights, and regional stability issues. He has previously worked on research projects in this vein for a variety of organizations, including the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom, the Canadian Parliament, the Hoover Institution, and Stanford Law School. Lloyd is originally from Vancouver, Canada, and enjoys skiing, sailing, and debate in his spare time.
Lyall will be working with Professors Pascaline Dupas and Marcel Fafchamps on the project Socioeconomic Impacts of Urbanization in Cote d’Ivoire.
