Paolo Falco is a tenure track assistant professor in the department of economics at the University of Copenhagen. His research uses experiments to study human behavior and touches on a variety of topics. Most of his work aims to understand how we can improve the functioning of labor markets and remove obstacles for disadvantaged workers in developing countries. His articles have appeared in a number of journals, including the Review of Economic Studies, the Journal of Labor Economics, and the Journal of Development Economics. He earned his PhD in economics from the University of Oxford.
