Petra Persson

Petra Persson is an assistant professor of economics at Stanford’s Department of Economics, a research fellow at Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research (SIEPR), and a research affiliate of the Centre for Economic Policy Research. She is an applied microeconomist whose work lies in the fields of public and labor economics.

She received her PhD in Economics from Columbia University in 2013 after spending a year as Predoctoral Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School Women and Public Policy Program. Before joining the economics department at Stanford in 2014, Persson was a Postdoctoral Fellow at SIEPR.
