Caroline uses computational biology, with an emphasis on machine learning and geospatial data, to study the impact of global change on zoonotic (animal-borne) and vector-borne (arthropod-transmitted) infectious disease risk. Caroline is additionally interested in developing applications of AI that promote win-win solutions for biodiversity conservation and human health.
