Christlee Doris Elmera

Christlee Doris Elmera was a Predoctoral Research Fellow at the King Center on Global Development. She earned a BS in public health from Georgia State University as well as an MSc in development management and applied development economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Elmera’s research interests include public health, education, and economic history of colonialism.  She was born in Haiti and grew up in France.
